DR. DAN BRUHL RETIRES
It has been my honor, and an unmatched privilege of my life, to serve as your Ophthalmologist and our community for the past 48 years as a member of Ophthalmology Associates. I am forever humbled and grateful for the immense trust you have shown in me. It was a difficult decision however after much soul-searching and reflection, I have decided to retire as of August 12th, 2020.
I have the comfort of knowing that I am leaving your eye care in the best of hands with my fellow doctors at Ophthalmology Associates. I invite you to visit our website, and in particular our Mission Statement, https://fortworth2020.com/about-us/mission-statement/. I am confident that they will deliver to you the same high quality of healthcare that I strived to provide over the years.
We understand that some of you may want to select a new Ophthalmologist outside of our practice, if you do so, you will need to sign an authorization form so we can release your medical records. Please note, by law we cannot share your medical information without your written consent.
Our office will be contacting those of you who have appointments after August 12, 2020, in order to reschedule your appointment with one of our other Ophthalmology Associates physicians or if you prefer, please feel free to contact us at 817-332-2020.
It has been a great pleasure meeting and caring for you all. I wish you continued good health and all the best in the coming years.
Dan Bruhl, M.D.
