At Ophthalmology Associates, there is one all-inclusive cost for pre-operative examination, testing, the LASIK procedure, and postoperative management for up to two years. Our LASIK eye surgery pricing is competitive in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and all services are provided by our LASIK surgeon, Dr. Robert Warren, to assure the highest quality care for your eyes.
Many LASIK providers are reluctant to tell you the cost of LASIK before you are in their office.
For a Limited time, LASIK is discounted to $1750.00 per eye if financing OR $1500.00 per eye if paying with cash or credit.
Payment Options
We accept cash, cashier’s check or credit cards. Ophthalmology Associates is also happy to assist you with financing. If you participate in a medical flex plan through your employer, that is a great way to make LASIK more affordable.
